Our Falls Prevention Programme identifies at-risk residents and implements effective safety plans. We provide Moving and Handling Advice to staff and residents, ensuring safe techniques. Residents can choose Private Sessions for focused, one-on-one therapy or join Group Sessions for guided exercises and social interaction, promoting physical and mental well-being.
